By accessing our website, completing an assessment or intake form, booking a session, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SeriesOS provides founder-readiness assessments, strategy sessions, advisory services, educational content, and access to tools that help founders prepare to pursue capital, grants, and contracts. We provide information, coaching, and preparation — not legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice.
We do not guarantee that you will raise capital, receive a grant, win a contract, or achieve any specific financial result. Funding decisions are made by third parties based on many factors outside our control. Our role is to help you prepare and improve your positioning. Any examples or testimonials are not promises of your results.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services.
Some sessions may be recorded for educational or marketing content only where you have opted in. We will not disclose your confidential or proprietary business information publicly. You may withdraw content consent before publication by contacting us.
All SeriesOS materials, systems, tools, frameworks, scoring, and content are our property and are provided for your use with the Services only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission. You retain ownership of the information you submit.
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeriesOS and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or funding, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold SeriesOS harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from SeriesOS about account and payment activity, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and important updates. Message frequency varies (up to approximately 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
