Last updated: July 17, 2026. This policy applies to SeriesOS ("SeriesOS," "we," "us"), and to seriesos.com and its related assessment, intake, and CRM pages (the "Services"). Our mailing address is 2120 Sullivan, Irvine, CA 92614.

1. Information we collect

When you use our assessments, intake forms, or book a session, we may collect:

Contact details — name, email address, phone number, Instagram/LinkedIn handle, and website.
Business information — company name, industry, stage, revenue range, funding goals, documents you have, and other answers you provide in our assessments and intake forms.
Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
Scheduling information — provided when you book a call through Calendly.
Usage and device data — such as pages visited and general analytics, including through cookies and pixels (see Section 5).

2. How we use your information

To deliver our assessments, scoring, strategy sessions, and advisory services.
To prepare for and follow up on your calls (including internal AI-generated summaries used only by our team).
To communicate with you, including emails and reminders you have opted into.
To process payments and manage your account.
To improve our Services and measure the performance of our marketing.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under contract and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing.
Calendly — scheduling.
SendGrid — email delivery.
Supabase and Render — secure database and application hosting.
Anthropic / OpenAI — AI processing used to prepare internal summaries of your submitted information.
Meta — advertising and conversion measurement (see Section 5).

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Text messaging (SMS) opt-in data is never shared or sold. The mobile phone numbers and SMS consent we collect for text messaging are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This category of data is excluded from all sharing described above.

4. Confidential and proprietary information

We treat your confidential business information — financials, trade secrets, and unreleased plans — as confidential and do not publish it. If you consent to a recording for content purposes, we still protect this information as described in the consent you provide.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand site usage and measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. 8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data. See our Security overview for more detail.

9. Children

Our Services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.

11. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about account and payment activity, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and important updates. Message frequency varies (up to approximately 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to purchase or use our other services — SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase. As stated above, your mobile opt-in information is never shared or sold to third parties.
